The Tri-Fold's unique patented design allows an incredible thirteen different positions, including 8 lounge positions and 4 loveseat positions. Practical, Functional, frugal : Tri-fold Hardwood Futon Frame - Full Size
This futon came in one long, narrow box. A lot of assembly is required, but it's not terribly difficult, and you'll have a huge sense of accomplishment when you finish. Honestly, I kept the box around for a week so I could keep bragging about my mad assembly skills to my boyfriend, our friends, the postman, everyone. If you played with Legos and could supervene those instructions successfully, you'll do just fine. Be sure to count all of your pieces, lay them out, and do Not mix them up! The assembled goods is fantastic! It's comfortable, sturdy, and a bit unusual, so my friends all ask "where did you get that?!" and now have futon envy. I've had mine for a year or so now, and it's still going strong. You'll need a thick futon mattress, or you should flip the mattress periodically, or the fill will mash in in the middle of the slats.
